Hello! My name is Julia Umarova. I teach violin lessons for all ages. I have a studio where I give lessons to my students. If you prefer lessons can also be online. Lessons can be in English and Russian. $80 per hour.

I received my Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the Saint Petersburg State Conservatory in Solo Violin Performance, and am currently pursuing a Master's in Violin Performance at San Diego State University.

My musical journey has included teaching at Saint-Petersburg State Conservatory (Russia) and Harbin Conservatory of Music (China) and other notable achievements, such as working as an orchestra artist at Saint-Petersburg Academic Philharmonia of D. D. Shostakovich, winning the Grand Prix at the Glazunov International Competition in Paris. With my foundational studies at the Saint Petersburg Conservatory, l have performed solo concerts in several countries bringing diverse international experience to my music increasing my passion for performance and music education.
