I have been in the boxing world for over 15years, it's a sport that runs in my blood, my father and his father were both fighters. I Had a total of 106 amateur fights and 3 professional fights. After competing for 12yrs I noticed that if you want to stay fit and have fun at the same time Boxing was a great way to do so. Cardio boxing is a great fit for anyone that is tired of the same old Running on the treadmill and same old cardio workouts.
