Hi I'm Beto I am a bay area resident and local to the Coast Side. I have been training under Raul Castillo mixed martial arts for The Last 5 Years and I am a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu teacher with the rank of Purple Belt as well as a fitness instructor/trainer.
I specialize in holistic Fitness with kinesiology as well and self-defense. For striking stand up, using a combination of American kickboxing, Maui Thai and Bokator. Grappling ground defense, using primarily Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and some wrestling and Judo.
Archery is another sport/skill I have learned and teach for recreational archery or hunting using traditional bow or compound bow. I will teach you how to properly load an arrow on to the bow form, anchor point, release, follow threw and target panic. Diffrent styles of releases/draws I teach for Trad style: Split finger (Mediterranean Draw), three finger under (Apache Draw) and thumb (Mongolian Draw). For compound bow Wrist Sling or Finger Thumb release. I combine my fitness background into this and I am able to meet or go to a archery outdoor Trail course for a nice hike and endurance in beautiful Pacifica or Skyline on top of 92, theres othera in the bay area as well.
