we have a family atmosphere, and all sorts of athletes come here, some for fitness, some to lose weight, and some to chase the dream of one day winning a world title.
I am retired professional boxer, as an amateur i was a two time golden glove champion. Boxing has been prevalent in our family since the early 1900's. Its what we do!Empowering people , teaching discipline, integrity, and self control is very rewarding.
