What is your typical process for working with a new student?

We work with students of all levels. We have a no pressure approach that allows students to progress through their skills or fitness at their own pace while recieving instruction and guidance from skilled career coaches.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All of our coaches are nationally certified in their respective disciplines along to go with full disclosure on their belt levels (if any apply) and education in regards to fitness or sports. We pride ourselves on only hiring individuals who have direct experience in what they are teaching. This keeps the experience authentic and you can be sure you are getting good information.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

The pricing varies by coach and what you are wanting to learn. It can be as low as $50 an hour or as high as $100 an hour. This is why we offer the Starter Session for new clients. We want to be sure its a good match between student and coach before we even think about charging money!

What types of students have you worked with?

All levels of students are welcome.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Do your research on their background. In this industry most of us know each other and we can easily check on the credentials of a fellow athlete. Theres far to many fakes passing themself off as a legit coach/teacher and charging way to much of peoples hard earned money.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Are you more interested in the fitness and discipline aspect or the technique side of your chosen sport? Maybe a combination of both. This can greatly affect the way you are taught a sport and non clarity on this matter may affect the speed at which you learn.
