I like to learn what level they consider themselves in the kitchen. Find out what cuisines they are intrigued with as well as what the reason they want to expand their skills
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am classically trained in French cuisine from the French culinary institute in nyc. I worked in restaurants for 10 years then started a consulting/private chef business that I have been doing since 2012
