I am an inspired Chef that has been cooking since I was 8 years old I knew it was my passion then, my journey in life is to create and teach future Chefs of America, I specialize in Cajun Creole cuisine and I have been in the industry for over 25 yearsin California, and I am an instructor that teaches culinary arts I am looking for dedicated students that would love to a career and becoming a chef I am a pathway for the future. I am a graduate from the California Culinary Academy located in San Francisco, I did my internship in New Orleans Louisiana. I am interested in teaching food safety healthy food awareness and creating and writing new menus recipes and a cookbook.
I love cooking BBQ, and making sauces also baking

I am a college graduate that has taken vocational educational classes to San Jose State under Lea Clark part of the San Francisco Unified School District

Depending on the structure and tiers of training anywhere from 50 to $100 an hour
How did you get started teaching?
I started teaching at-risk kids in the late 70s
What types of students have you worked with?
Kids from affluent homes and children that were at risk and problematic from low-income areas and children that were learning and crossing over from an ESL to mainstream speaking English,

Preparing for a hot garlic crab fest just absolutely fun-filled and preparing garlic noodles and garlic bread anda cajun coleslaw
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Follow your dreams and follow your passion and be prepared to work hard at what you believe in about the goals and what they like and what they want to learn with expectation
