Learn how to play the guitar, violin or harmonica! I offer fun and lighthearted lessons -- I am very patient and encouraging, and I can really work with you to isolate and master trouble spots. I have over 15 years of experience. I've worked with students of many different learning styles, and I am very good at catering to each individual's unique way of learning. I studied music and communications at U-Mass Amherst, class of 2000. I teach many styles and genres. I can teach you classical, folk, bluegrass, rock, and jazz. You can let me know what you are most interested in. I will work with you on technique and make sure you get the best sound out of your instrument. We will work on scales, chords, arpeggios, music theory, reading music, as well as the most effective ways to practice.
