I love watching my students improved and master their instrument. And I love to see them having fun while learning and performing
Angel is an enthusiastic, well trained and patient teacher who makes learning fun.
Angel is charismatic, artistic and the best voice teacher I have ever have. His teaching technique not only help you master your instrument, but he makes it really easy for you to understand music, helping you give your best in every performance.
Angel is a dream! At our first lesson I told Angel that I couldn't even sing Happy Birthday, he calmly and patiently assured me that I could and by the end of our first lesson I was singing a Gloria Estefan song. It was kind of magical. Angel makes you feel 100% at home and comfortable so you can focus on the singing.
I started taking voice lesson with Angel 2 months ago, his technique and drive motivates me to improved my vocal technique and to work harder in cultivating my talent. When I think that I can't do it, whether is a song or an exercise, he always reassures me that I can do it. I couldn't ask for a better voice teacher, than Angel. He is worth every penny!!!!
When I meet a student for the first time, I like to ask about what genre of music their listen to? and what style of music do they enjoy playing or singing? I like for them t play or sing a piece that they are very familiar with so I can get a good idea of what they are bringing to the table as well as an ide of what they need to improved. I make suggestions (on the song they are playing or singing) as well as show them some technique that could help them improved how tpo deliver a song, so they get an idea of what my style of teaching is.
I hold a bachelors degree in a Voice Perfomance and Music Business with a minor in jazz piano from Berklee College of Music.
