We teach all types of martial arts and self-defense. Our lead instructor is a black belt in taekwondo, trained in Thailand doing Muay Thai, has many years teaching jujitsu and is a certified USA Boxing coach. We also teach situational self-defense and use this method to encourage our clients through their learning process. We are also martial art mentors and have many clients we've worked with for many years through the ranks and belts and many styles of arts.
Our lead instructor is also a NASM certified nutritional coach and fitness trainer

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We use a situational approach. We take feedback from the students or clients which allows us to analyze what level of ability he or she has then we build on their strengths and encourage them through their learning process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our lead instructor has been a black belt for over 10 years and has trained many students working with his original dojo's and several others in the North Bay Area.

We offer Tiger Tiger which is one on one very dedicated experience as well as group and zoom lessons prices will vary depending on the package and attendance.
How did you get started teaching?
Self defense in martial arts have been a passion of mine for many years.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with students of all ages and specialize working with children and those who are less able. We have clients with alzheimer's, some who are blind, and we are trained to work with the elderly. The majority of our clients are children.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
