Karen’s Piano Studio offers piano and keyboard lessons for students of all ages and abilities. We’re located in downtown San Rafael and parking is conveniently available at the studio.
My musical background includes traditional piano lessons all through grammar school, flute through middle school, and many years of Simply Music piano lessons as an adult. I've sung in choirs, played in a rock and roll dance band and been a member of several dance troupes. Music and dance continue to be an enriching and satisfying part of my everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Students will typically attend a Free Introductory Session where I talk about Simply Music, show you how we teach, and answer all questions about how lessons work and the studio runs. There is no obligation to sign up for lessons when a student attends a Free Intro Session. If my studio feels like a good fit, then we look at scheduling possibilities.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

$179 monthly for weekly lessons... same fee each month whether there are 5 or 4 weeks in a month.
