About
US Army Veteran and Champion Powerlifter with over 8 years boxing, combatives and mma background passionate about training students and helping them meet and exceed their fitness and martial arts goals. I also train students in football, soccer, basketball, baseball and swimming as I have played all of these sports and have a deep understanding of Kinesiology and sports training geared towards each respective sport.
I love working with students of all backgrounds both novices and experienced athletes. I am passionate about improving athletes weak points in their respective sport, teaching young students discipline and how to defend themselves from bullies. I enjoy teaching adult students the self confidence and merits of the health and wellness that comes from self defense training. I leverage my background and engineering knowledge to explain the physics behind proper techniques and training methodologies in all sports to optimize performance of my athletes.
