About
Boxing training has been the essence of my workouts since my Chicago Golden Gloves days back in the 80s. I may not be as good in shape but with my knowledge and continued studies of boxing science and MMA techniques I have much to offer my students.
I'm basically doing this for fun and to share with others who are interested and want to learn and get in better shape, learn how to throw a punch, while I also get to workout more!
