About
I graduated California State University, Northridge (CSUN), in 2017, with my Bachelors in Music, emphasis in Vocal Performance. I have performed operatic roles at the renown Soraya Performing Arts Center alongside various local companies including Mission Opera and Valley Opera and Performing Arts (VOPA). I started beatboxing while attending CSUN and have sat-in and learned from semi-professional and professional beatboxers. I have performed with my A Cappella group as a beatboxer and vocalist for most of my time at CSUN and began beatboxing for hire at different music events. I am a very fun and supportive teacher and will keep working with you as long as you continue to believe in yourself!
Music has authentically saved my life and I notice so many people of the world today that don't view the fine/ performing arts as a necessity. I couldn't disagree more and I have a burning passion and humble honor being able to teach music in multiple genres and formats. Having both a solid grasp on advanced music theory and harmony is an amazing tool to help educate vocalists who are wanting to pursue a career professionally. I do, however, love teaching people who just want to use music as a way to relax, de-stress, and to truly enjoy listening to the art and positive energies they are creating and putting into their own lives.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I begin by getting to know the student and what they want to get out of the music lessons. I take deep pride in making sure that I can create an individual lesson plan for each student to make sure that we can fully achieve their music goals and aspirations.
Then, we would start with hearing what they already know and putting it into practice just to hear where we can start. After that, we can either correct any misinformation or use their current knowledge and move forward into how to use their breath and use their body to their advantage to create the best possible sounds and we would work our lessons from that point.
