About this pro

Each yoga instructor is unique in their methods and what they bring to a class. I myself am certified in traditional and restorative yoga, and I’ve recently become a certified reiki practitioner. This allows me to bring a level of intuitiveness to the class so that we can work together to heal and strengthen through yoga.

I enjoy guiding people on their journey of self healing.

I’m not very advanced in yoga and Ku’ulei always has alternative poses for those like me that aren’t there yet. She’s very clear and gives gentle feedback on your poses that I really appreciate. Highly recommended!

FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Once a student has decided to take a class with me, I will email them a questionnaire as a way of getting to know them. This will also let me know if they have any injuries, as safety during my class is a number one priority.

Next comes the fun part! YOGA CLASS.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In 2016 I completed my 200 hour Awakened Warrior Teacher Training and my Awakened Warrior Restorative Yoga Training. I am currently in the process of working towards my 500 hour certification.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Private Group Sessions: $20 (45 min.)/per Person. *5 Person Min*

Private one-on-one sessions: $100 (45 min.) This class is catered to you as the individual based on the questionnaire and phone call. We will also take it class by class, as observing you during class is one of the best ways to know what you need for your practice.

Prices can be adjusted based on less or more yogis per class.

How did you get started teaching?

When I was 16, my mom took me to my first yoga class. It was a love/hate relationship. Getting to class was a challenge for me, but I always left class feeling wonderful. After 10 years of yoga classes, I knew I wanted a deeper understanding of the practice, and so my teaching journey began.

What types of students have you worked with?

Beginner - Advanced
