About
Each yoga instructor is unique in their methods and what they bring to a class. I myself am certified in traditional and restorative yoga, and I’ve recently become a certified reiki practitioner. This allows me to bring a level of intuitiveness to the class so that we can work together to heal and strengthen through yoga.
I enjoy guiding people on their journey of self healing.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once a student has decided to take a class with me, I will email them a questionnaire as a way of getting to know them. This will also let me know if they have any injuries, as safety during my class is a number one priority.

Private one-on-one sessions: $100 (45 min.) This class is catered to you as the individual based on the questionnaire and phone call. We will also take it class by class, as observing you during class is one of the best ways to know what you need for your practice.

How did you get started teaching?
When I was 16, my mom took me to my first yoga class. It was a love/hate relationship. Getting to class was a challenge for me, but I always left class feeling wonderful. After 10 years of yoga classes, I knew I wanted a deeper understanding of the practice, and so my teaching journey began.
