-Myofascial Release (rolling out the muscles).
-Progressive Ressitance Training with special techniques such as DROP-SETS, Super-Sets, Ecentric, and Circuit Training.
-Flexebility (static stretching) and Foam Rolling.

Make sure you ask for some credentials. There are a lot of meat heads who think just because they can lift heavy or look good they can train people. This especially goes for older cleints, people with joint pain/injury, and any other physical limitations.
