Alex is amazing!! I have been training with Alex for over 3 years now and it’s been an amazing experience. I have learned so much and gained so much from our training sessions. He really listens to what I want to gain from my training sessions and pushes me to be better than I thought that I could. I am so much stronger than when I started and I love working out now! I recommend Alex to everyone I know. He is definitely a great trainer!

Honestly Alex serves to my needs. I told him exactly what I wanted to work on and target that area and that’s exactly what he worked on. I started off thinking “oh yeah he just another guy thinking he knows what I want” but honestly I’ve told him where I’ve wanted to see improvements and That’s where seen them! He educated on what he teaching and preaching and knows what he’s talking about! I’m so thankful to have him in my corner ❤️

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you ask for some credentials. There are a lot of meat heads who think just because they can lift heavy or look good they can train people. This especially goes for older cleints, people with joint pain/injury, and any other physical limitations.
