With close to 20 years in the fitness and martial art training industry, I have taught, coached, and mentored clients and other trainers across the world from Los Angeles to Australia. I am a founder of 2 of the most successful private gyms in Los Angeles - www.teamcrossfit.com and www.takanoweightlifting.com where he has personally trained over 1000 clients including many celebrities. Along with general fitness training for weightloss, muscle gain, or athleticism, I am an expert trainer in CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, boxing/kickboxing, and Krav Maga self-defense. I am also a Level 2 CrossFit trainer with over 10 years of coaching experience, a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Krav Maga with train the trainer status for some of the biggest organizations in the world.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For a brand new client we will first have an "intro" session where we get to know each other, learn about your goals, likes, dislikes, injuries, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been training clients in fitness and martial art for over 20 years. I am a 2nd degree Black belt in Krav Maga, studies and obtain many many certificaitons in fitness and nutrition, owned one of the biggest private gym in the San Fernando Valley for 8 years, and currently teach at Krav Maga WorldWide in Sherman Oaks which is the biggest Krav Maga organization in the world.
