I was always heavy...big hips, butt and thighs and this workout has totally reshaped me and gotten me down to a size I thought was impossible. lt works for either getting in shape or really learning how to box and kickbox. It's fun and never boring that's why this workout is so desirable.

We are different from most gyms in that the learning aspect and diversity that we offer take the drudgery out of the typical normal boring workout. Here you have a training partner. There is no standing on the side lines and counting while you work out. We are here to do all of the boxing, kickboxing and weight training with you. That is the motivating factor that helps you improve form while doing all the techniques faster and correctly. It is a well-balanced training program where we work on getting long, lean muscles like a swimmer or dancer. It is fun and very effective at the same time and people here really look at this as learning a sport while getting into shape.

    We always discuss the level they are at.  Some are beginners and some are advanced.  We talk about injuries we need to address and any problems or concerns they may have.  We always start the workout with a weight warm up and then progress with the boxing/kickboxing training.

    I am happy you would like to train with us.  Give us some time options that would work for you.  Our intro session is $70/hr.  Our regular rate is $80/hr. for a 10 pack.  We have a Special running for either a 20 or 30 pack.

    I started traing at 8 years old and Patricia started before we were married

    It was nice to hear from you...we are getting lots of interest in boxing/kickboxing  The training is a combination of Ali's, Leonard  and Bruce Lee. This is a progressive learning program where we start  with basics and add on every time you would come in to  get a little  more complex and more aerobic each time.  We do not have group classes and it is not Tae Bo.
