FAQs

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I establish a relationship with newcomer right away. I want to get to know your athletic experience and why you are taking Pilates or Yoga lessons. I also tap into where you may be emotionally, because a healthy mind lays the foundation for a fit body.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am certified through the National Exercise Sport training Association for mat Pilates. I have been working for corporate gyms teaching mat pilates since 2016, and have been doing private training since 2014.

In 2016 I completed Core Power Yoga Hollywood's teacher training and began teaching right after graduation! I have been instructing yoga with my current employer since September 2016

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

I have a private studio locaton in Venice, Ca. I do not do reformer, but have bands, magic circles, medicine balls and weights. i offer affordable classes you may book through my website that start at $9.00. Private sessons are $50.00 for an hour. Two hours is $90.00. Sessions include after care or assigned routines for you to do at home.

If I am traveling to you, then 1 hour private sessions are $80.00 or  $120.00 for two hours plus aftercare plans.

How did you get started teaching?

I had my first private client for Pilates n 2014.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with many students! However I specialize teaching those with  injuries, or are 55+. On the other side of the spectrum, i also teach high intensity workouts for advanced practicers.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I am fond of Uranus coming into retrograde in August.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find a teacher who teaches because they like helping others. Also make sure your teacher often informs you on how you wil be benefiting from your workout.
