About
I got a lot of my yoga knowledge from teaches in India who live yoga in a different way that we see in the western world I think we can learn a lot from them (BTW I also think they have much to learn from us). I combine between a flow and aligned practice witch gives both the breath and movement connection and deep body awareness.
What I enjoy most about teaching yoga is seeing my students going on there mined - body journey. I also love the challenge in teaching, every body is different witch means that every practice is Individual. Teaching also gives me the opportunity to learn more because students are the best teachers.
I just love it!
