About
I started practicing yoga 2 years ago and completly fell in love with the physical challenge, spiritual connection, and mind to body connection it provided me. I look to yoga not only as a means of exercise, but a form of self-expression, and as a means of mind regulation.
I've completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training focusing on Bikram yoga, along with various online workshops teaching proper streching and meditation techniques.
The goal I have for my student is to help them build a mind-to-body connection, work on flexability, endurance, and teach them how they can better regulate during stressful times.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start every student with an easy to follow routine that's perfect for any beginner. After our first session I tailor routines to fit my clients best needs, ensuring they're challenged but still comfortable.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $60 per session, and am happy to offer group/family rates as well.
How did you get started teaching?
I took my first Bikram hot yoga class in 2018 and completly fell in love with the practice after. After feeling such a strong connection to yoga I wanted to deepen my practice by becoming a teacher. I believe the joy of this practice should be shared and looked to yoga as a means of helping those around me achieve their best selves.
