What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start our class with understanding intentions of a student. What is the main goal of a student to take a yoga class? That will help us shape the program and see positive results in the future.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified Yoga Teacher. I successfully completed 200-hour yoga teacher training that is registered with Yoga Alliance. I have been practicing yoga for over a decade. I have been teaching yoga and meditation since 2019.
