About
I combine the spirituality and fitness of yoga to create a class that resonates with everyone. :) I have studied Ayurveda, holistic medicine and vinyasa yoga in both India and Thailand. I have taught in multiple cities as a freelancer (Los Angeles, San Francisco, Baltimore, New York, Orlando, etc.) And have also been recently branching out into more Hatha, hot bikram, and Kundalini studying and teaching.:)
I LOVE helping people with their wellness goals to get both physically and spiritually healthy and passionate about themselves, others and the world around them!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to get to know them over a phone/video chat, and hear about their past experience(s), and how I can best assist them. I really like to get to know my students on a level where we can be close like friends if that is what they want so we are comfortable and can work well together:)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied yoga in Kerala through the University of Kerala:)
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
