We do not use a standard instruction book; instead we create a unique lesson plan for each student that builds on their strengths.

Our lessons range from $42.50 to $85 depending on the length of the lesson and age of the student.

Speed of Sound Music was created to serve a need for quality Music Instruction in the Santa Rosa, Windsor, Healdsburg, & Cloverdale area.
What types of students have you worked with?
We've tought students from ages 5 to 85.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Two times a year we put on The Speed of Sound Music Festival at a local venue where our students get to perform for the local community. These event usually bring 300+ fans of our program.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Our students are here to help you learn what you want to learn. We teach a wide range of styles so we are sure to find common ground with your taste in music and our skills.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you going to have time to practice? The actual private music lesson is certainly fun, but to keep improving, it'll take an effort on your part to practice at home between lessons.
