Bodies by CeeCee offers services to all levels. I specialize in yoga with a background in track and field. I incorporate different moves from yoga, pilates, speed work, basic agility and more in my routines. Each workout session is uniquely based on the client.
My main goal is to have my students leave with something they can utilize on and off the mat.
I love interacting with people and being able to help them grow physically; mind, body and spirit.
I love to workout, learn and teach about the many ways to help ensure we live a long, healthy and prosperious life, the natural way. Im all about using what we have and making the best of it. We have so many things at our fingertips that help us grown and also hender our growth. We just have to learn how to use all these wonderful things nature has provided to us to our benifit.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I like to build rapport, get to know my client. Our first session, is a mixture of different styles so we can find the best fit.
