I cook for souls and hence it is not sole cooking, it involves research of recipes, health benefits, easy but yummy recipes, diverse cuisine &culture. I teach multi cuisine like Indian,Mexican, Italian, Chinese,Thai, Nepali, Mediterranean,Classic American& Contemporary& Healthy Recipe . I also teach lots of finger foods and party food which you can cook for your guests in bulk. I also do Instant Pot classes where you learn to cook recipes like curries, soups, Pastas, rice, meat, lentil & beans in less than 30minutes . I do special recipe with AirFryer, Instantpot, Souvide, Breville Pizza Oven etc.

I loved the experience. Chef’s knowledge about the dishes and clear guide for using equipment was so very helpful. I was amazed at how fast a great, healthy meal could be made using fresh, ingredients. I’m sure to take another class. Great experience. I cannot wait to make my own chicken kabob. Butter chicken. Pulao and peas. So exciting and great easy instructions and I loved the thoughtful choices for my first class with Paro.

I worked with UnikCookshop to plan two cooking class for parents and children. Chef Parsati was wonderful to work with. It was a pleasure to work with her before the classes to discuss the menu and other creative ideas to make the classes more interactive and special for the attendees. On the day of the classes, she arrived on time and incredibly prepared and organized, with all of her ingredients and cookware, as well as cooking supplies especially for the children. It was clear she knew exactly what she was doing as she calmly and efficiently prepared the class. At the end of the class, it was amazing how quickly she cleaned up and packed up, leaving the space in great condition. As for the class itself, Chef Parsati led the class through cooking a number of dishes that were all very flavorful, healthy, colorful, and allowed for the children to be involved. Everything tasted very yummy, and it's amazing she was able to make so many delicious dishes during the two-hour window of the class. We enjoyed trying a curry, a rice dish, a chicken dish, and some wonderful sides/accompaniments. It is clear how much Parsati loves cooking and has a gift for creating delicious and healthy recipes. She is passionate about sharing that gift with adults and children alike and helping them learn to cook flavorful food in their own home kitchens.
I work with beginners,intermediate and advance students. I try to give a brief summary and origin of the recipe, source of ingredients and how to use them to get maximum flavors and then teach the techniques of the cooking like dear, braise,summer, poach etc and give tips how to cook it best. Finally do a combination of hands on and demo class.
Practical Experience of 15years in the kitchen & teaching community classes for kids, teens & adults in different countries like Japan, India, Germany and USA and working as Culinary Expert with Professionals WilliamsSonoma. Conducted at various places Speciality Cooking Workshop ,Small Corporate events , team building, Dinner Dates, Couple Cooking class, Birthday parties and special events.Working as a ChefInstructor with different private and public schools in Bay Area.
Currently focusing on writing my own cookbook .
I charge per hour basis and per person and sometimes charge as single groups when we have larger group of 15people or more .Rates depends on hours, no of person and the recipe you like to learn.
