It is a cooking workshop where you learn different techniques , new recipes, get ideas about the spices and it’s benefits and how it can be used in other recipes .How you can you reuse the leftover ingredients in other recipes.
I cook for souls and hence it is not sole cooking, it involves research of recipes, health benefits, easy but yummy recipes, diverse cuisine &culture. I teach multi cuisine like Indian,Mexican, Italian, Chinese,Thai, Nepali, Mediterranean,Classic American& Contemporary& Healthy Recipe . I also teach lots of finger foods and party food which you can cook for your guests in bulk. I also do Instant Pot classes where you learn to cook recipes like curries, soups, Pastas, rice, meat, lentil & beans in less than 30minutes . I do special recipe with AirFryer, Instantpot, Souvide, Breville Pizza Oven etc.
Cooking is like a therapy,I get postive energy and enthusiasm to create newreceipes & do demonstrations and hands on cooking with my guests .My true passion & emotions with lots of loves and positive vibes makes my dishes more healthy and yummy along with local grown,fresh and organic ingredients in the recipe that’s make it so Unique Cooking Workshop. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I work with beginners,intermediate and advance students. I try to give a brief summary and origin of the recipe, source of ingredients and how to use them to get maximum flavors and then teach the techniques of the cooking like sear,braise,grill,poach etc and give tips how to cook best out of it. We do hands on and demonstrative classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Practical Experience of 15years in the kitchen & teaching community classes for kids, teens & adults in different countries like Japan, India, Germany and USA and working as Culinary Expert with Professionals WilliamsSonoma. Conducted at various places Speciality Cooking Workshop ,Small Corporate events , team building, Dinner Dates, Couple Cooking class, Birthday parties and special events.Worked as a ChefInstructor with different private and public schools in Bay Area.

I charge per hour basis and per person and sometimes charge as single groups when we have larger group of 15people or more .Rates depends on hours, no of person and the recipe you like to learn.After the class you enjoy a generous food tasting.
