About
I am very adaptable in my teaching, for I am certified in teaching yoga, and also went to college to study Nursing and Psychology. Whether the student is looking for a spiritual practice, a practice to help them lose weight or a practice to heal an injury, I am able to customize the the yoga lesson to their specific needs. My mission is to help people find health in body and mind, and I embrace my adaptability to help them achieve this through kindness, motivation, and education!
I love how versatile yoga is and that I can help people achieve wellness in different ways. It never becomes boring for me as a teacher, and that excitement fuels my upbeat personality. I find that when my energy is positive, I can better serve my students and I love seeing my students excited and motivated during their yoga practice! It’s these students that I see grow and become more healthy over time!

Frequently asked questions
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am officially certified as a RYT-200 hour yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. I also have done various workshops and continued education such as Karma Kids Yoga and Silver Age Yoga. In addition to yoga, I’m also certified as a reiki master and crystal healing practitioner. Before yoga, I studied Nursing, so I have an extensive education in anatomy and physiology.
How did you get started teaching?
I started practicing yoga 10 years ago, and my intuition told me that yoga was my path, and not nursing. It’s one of my best decisions and I love teaching and learning about yoga!
