Hello, my name is, Jacquelyn. I have been a practitioner of kundalini yoga for over a year. This yoga has changed my life in so many ways that I decided to become a teacher so that I can share this medicine with others. I am KRI (Kundalini research institute) certified. I received my certification in Santa Monica from Tej, Harijiwan, and Gurujas. Two of my teachers learned directly from Yogi Bhajan, the master of Kundalini Yoga. I am also a certified reiki practitioner and certified in gong sound therapy.
Kundalini Yoga is a wonderful practice that incorporates all the aspects of yoga in one such as: meditation, breath work, postures, mantra, and mudra. There is no barrier to Kundalini Yoga. You don’t have to be super flexible to do it. You don’t need to see yourself as “spiritual” or be “physically fit”. No matter what you’re looking for, you can most likely find it with Kundalini yoga. Is your goal to lose weight? there are plenty of yoga sets for that. Relieve stress? There are plenty of breath work exercises and meditation’s to reduce stress and anxiety. If you are looking to focus on cardio and fitness, you will love what this type of yoga offers. This practice is for EVERYONE. Every body type, every health level, and every phase of life. And it only takes a couple of minutes to get amazing results. You just have to be open to the growth, change, and awareness you will undoubtedly experience.
