What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I offer two options for new clients:

1. A discounted first session at $45- This includes an hour practice and a 10 minute intake session. This gives you an opportunity to try out my teaching style and asses if we fit. After the session, if you are interested in continuing with me, we will use the intake session to discuss how we would like to move forward.

2. We can begin with a casual, open conversation. An intake session is an opportunity to meet and chat about how we can build a practice for you and figure out scheduling to begin our practice. This will also give you a feel for my energy as a person, without having to commit to a physical practice.

How did you get started teaching?

I began teaching after recieving my Yoga Teacher Training in Costa Rica immediately after graduating college.
