Dina Thompson's Piano Lessons

Hi! I have been teaching piano for over 40 years to students of all ages & levels. I provide music that is fun to learn, while still incorporating theory within. I cater each lesson towards the needs of each student, since everyone learns & processes differently. I’m not like old fashioned teachers who start out with scales & theory books because this is why a lot of students loose interest. I ask each student what they want out of their lessons & what type of music they would like to play & we work from there. Lessons should be fun! And it’s a team effort between the teacher, the student & the parents. When all three do their part……..there is success!!!
