Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Tvice a year, we are offering Student Recitals and often playing Festivals as well for local organizations. It is heartwarming to see our students 's music grouth and to see their achievements. Music Discipline is giving them the edge to be better in all asaspects of their lifes.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Parents of younger students and even Adults must do their homework. A lot of people offering easy piano, no practicing , no effort music education however, there is no short cuts in learning properly. A teacher must be qualified, educated, experienced. Ask questions. A month of improper beginning piano can be damaging and last their whole musical life. Do not bargain with teachers, these are professionals, they spend years and years and hours of practicing on their craft. Shy away from convinience, try to make an effort and drive to a teacher. It is better for learning.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How many years teaching? What is teacher's education? specialty?
