About
My name is Jordan and I absolutely love to teach and have been teaching K-12th for the past five years in various positions, both abroad and in Solano County, after having graduated from UC Davis. I am jazz trained however I have broad experience playing and teaching all types of music including pop, country, rock, classical and faith based music.
I absoutely love to help my students reach the goals that they set. I like to think of myself as the GPS guiding them to where they want to go, in the easiest and fastest way possible.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Working with a new student is extremely exciting! I first evaluate their goals for the instrument then I can move to creating course content to help reach those goals. Not everyone wants to become the next Slash, and that is perfectly fine! A private teacher should curate and create content that will help you become the guitar player that you want to be.
