What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I normally take a few minutes to learn what their fitness history and goals are, then we get to work on customizing a routine that works best for them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 2- Time Kickboxing Champion myself, as well as coach to several MMA, Muay Thai, Boxing and Kickboxing Champions.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Stansard Price is $50 per session or 5 sessions for $200. All sessions last an hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I was a collegiate athlete and have always been involved in sports, I have always loved what I do.
What types of students have you worked with?
All ages and backgrounds from children all the way up to profressional fighters.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Most recently my top student competed Internationally and a Muay Thai Competition and performed flawlessly.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Take your time and find the right teacher that fits your style of learning not the other way around.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Questions like.... "how much work do I REALLY need to acheive my goals?".... "what are my biggest hurdles?"
