Adrian is great instructor that really tailors his lesson plan to your needs. He has real experience in the music world, and he makes sure you are really learning all of the necessary skills to reach your personal music goals. He's patient and stresses the importance of fully understanding music theory and concepts.

Adrian does a great job at breaking the material down and making sure you understand him before moving on. He is patient, funny, and talented as a teacher, not to mention performer.

Great instructor! I'm currently taking piano classes with Adrian and I'm so thankful that he breaks down music theory in a way that makes everything youve learned in the past come together. Im finally gaining a clear understanding on how to play the piano and make it work into my tracks.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I like to see what the student needs and would like to accomplish with in a time frame and build a lesson plan specific for them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attended Berklee College of Music for Piano, have toured the world with various bands and artists and currently teach piano skills for producers in Los Angeles.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

How did you get started teaching?

Through referrals

What types of students have you worked with?

All ages, all skill level.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Just had one of my tracks featured on KCRW 89.9fm

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

To see if the teacher is equiped with skills in the genre of music they would like to strengthen. If looking to work on contemporary music, I wouldn't hire a classical teacher ...

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

They should be able to relate in muscial tastes, it's hard to teach someone a "feel" so the more confidence the teacher has in the area the student wishes to grow in... the better. I specialize in a funky, soulful feel so I wouldn't take on a student wanting to learn classical piano...
