I've been in the martial arts and self-defense industry since I was 7 years old. Fitness and bodybuilding since I was 12. My passion is to teach self-defense and train people to see them getting stronger with more confidence. 

I teach and train anywhere from 5 year olds to 90 men and women at all Fitness levels and physical abilities. One-on-one or groups is available at your location or mine.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

At the first lesson I asked about the goals of my students and if they have any injuries or disabilities. I customize the program individually for the students and for their abilities. The goal is to get the best results in short time!


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was 3 times N.A.B.B.A natural bodybuilding champion, 2 times karate champion, 3 years of military at the IDF

It depends if the client comes to me or I have to travel to them. One-on-one, group classes or seminars. 


How did you get started teaching?

Since it was my passion when I was 7 and never stopped... I'm looking forward to make people strong and confident.

Such as UCLA, USC, Universal, celebrities, bodyguards , schools and More.
