About
Hi! I've been a voice and violin teacher for over 10 years.
I teach violin for all ages and levels. Everything from classical music to pop, folk and EDM. I'm also a performing violinist.
For voice I teach Natural breathing, Stomach support, dissolving tensions in throat and shoulders etc to create sustainable use of the voice. All of this is necessary to use your voice freely in whatever genre you chose to do. I've studied Jazz, soul, pop, rock, classical, musical theatre and vocal technique. We base the lesson on your needs and what you want to achieve. Weather you like to go more in depth on certain genres or vocal technique is up to you.
Ex of technique exercises: Breathing techniques, Breath support, use of diaphragm, building vocal range, freeing vocal cords, finding head, chest and mixed voice, belting etc
I am also a songwriter with experience writing and producing music. Everything from singer songwriter, folk, rock, pop, music to film, jazz and soul. You've got the option to focus the lesson on songwriting as well.
I have over 10 years of experience teaching singing and violin in music schools, evening courses and private lessons. I teach a wide variety of genres and beginners as well as advanced.
I have 3 year Music College education, 3 years of Music University, 1 year Music Theatre and Vocal technique training at Performing Art School in Gothenburg, Sweden. 1 year jazz and soul music at Ljungskile University. 1 1/2 year at Independent Artist Program at Musicians Institute, Los Angeles.
My goal is to help my students becoming better singers/violinists and to help guide them towards their goals.

I start with asking about your goals, prefered music, what you want out of the classes. When we have a better understanding on the students level and the ambitions of the student (everything from just having fun til working on vocal technique and genre specific goals are good, it's up to the student) we start the lessons with technique exersizes and 1-2 songs that the student prepared for each class.

I have 3 year Music College education, 3 year Music University education, 1 year music theatre and vocal technique training at Performing Art School in Gothenburg, Sweden. 1 year jazz and soul music degree at Ljungskile University. 1 year at Independent Artist Program at Musicians Institute, Los Angeles.
