I love to work with people to help them live more happily and consciously. I enjoy very much helping them connect with themselves, their inner wisdom and truth. It makes my heart beat faster and I feel aligned with my life purpose.

Working with people means to create relationships. Connect with them in a way we can transform and heal together.

I'm always ready to serve with an open heart and a big smile.

Loola is an amazing yoga teacher with great skills of massage and wonderful meditation technique to make body mind and soul peaceful.

  • Christian V

It was an intense experience but I felt comfortable all the time. The process felt very personal and I really enjoyed that I could ask questions when needed. Loola really knows her stuff. A whole different level!!

The massage therapist was very attentive and tailored the session to my specific needs instead of just cycling through a program and it really made all the difference. She could tell where my problem areas were and focused on them as needed. It was extremely therapeutic and released tension and knots that previous masseuses were not able to tap into while providing an overall feeling of restoration and health. I would highly recommend Thai Yoga Massage Therapy and look forward to doing it again!

How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching Yoga in 2011 in Yoga studios and in private sessions while I was doing the Vinyasa Flow Yoga certification, and from then on I haven't stop teaching and sharing the tools I have learned.

In 2012 some students asked me to give them meditation sessions. I felt amazing doing it and the feedback was great, so I started offering that service too.

In 2014 I started practicing Thai Yoga massage therapy, just after finishing the training course, and it has been a great experience and an amazing compliment to the yoga classes I conduct.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with seniors, adults, pregnant women, teens, tweens and kids. People with injuries, depression, addictions, eating desorders and many more. I have worked with people from different countries and cultures. We have spoken the language of love.

*I worked three years and a half with a child with Down Syndrome.
