About
I offer daily trapeze classes for groups. I love the trapeze, it's very versatile and great for cross-training. Gravity is a beautiful thing.
I love the results it brings to my clients. Great for rehabilitation and anyone looking to push past their plateau.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first class is always to learn the basic terminology and all the key moves when working with a Yoga Swing. I like to know what my students are looking to accomplish (i.e. strength, flexibility, rehabilitation, range of motion). Then we will work together to help get them the results they are looking for.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Hollywood Stuntwoman and have been physically training for the past 10 years. I am a certified Yoga Trapeze Instructor under the YACEP Yoga Alliance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Individual group classes are $25/class or $200 for 10 class package.
Privates are $75/hour.
How did you get started teaching?
I had injured myself and needed something that was constant, consistent, gentle but also able to give me the strength I needed to support my back and then bring me beyond my fitness goals. I discovered the Yoga Trapeze and found it to be very effective. I then saw that there was teacher training for it, so I did the certification and now I'm on a mission to share my discovery with as many people as I can.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with athletic people, beginners, martial artists, aerialists, and people that are just curious.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Our job as trapeze instructors is to give you the results you desire. If you are injured, please be as transparent about your injury and if you take medication, please let us know. Our job is to help you and the more information we have the more effective we can be.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What type of fitness goals are you looking for? Is it an all-around fitness? Range of motion in your spine? Just looking for something different to try?
Once you have a clear picture of what you want, we can formulate a plan to help you achieve it.
