I've been personally taught by luminaries in the classical music industry and my vocal insight is formed from years of professional experience.
Singing is such a deeply personal thing, and it means a lot to me that I get to help people hone their expressiveness in this area.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually like to hear a student sing their favorite song, or something they've been working on, to get to know them better and assess where they're at in terms of range. From there, depending on individual goals, we'll use vocal exercises, breathwork and postural adjustment to enhance the loveliness, power, and scope of the student's sound.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have undergraduate and graduate degrees in Vocal Performance, and I've worked in Young Artist Programs at multiple US opera houses.
