What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First, What are their goals. Do they have any old injuries or surgeries? Any allergies or physical restrictions. Then determine body type and PAL for daily requirements to reach goals. Meal plans optional.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30 years of martial arts training. I have been certified as a personal trainer and sports nutrition coach

How did you get started teaching?
A friend gave me the idea. So I went online and started learning new skills. A few years and a couple dollars later I now have 3 certifications on the fitness field

Look for a teacher that will help you become a better person inside and outside.
