What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I quickly establish where the student is in terms of experience and based on my years of teaching guide the student to learn the fastest way to get playing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I gave over 400 lessons via Thumbtack.com and was their nationally highest reviewed instructor two years straight.

All ages and experience from 6 and up. One student was accepted to Berklee College of Music in Boston, the best contemporary music school in the country.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone you can relate to and respect. Patience and communication by the instructor is key. Personally, I merely remember my difficulty with different concepts and how I overcame them. I make the process fun and the lessons go very quickly.

Do they know why they wish to learn and will they devote themselves to the process.
