What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I train everyone as if someday they are going to compete.regardless of their is a desire to ever compete, I find there to be so much more value in training like a boxer. I try to give an offensive and defensive reason as to my I make the recommendations i do when we train. I am currently coaching 5 years old and an 82 year old with Parkinson's.
i teach technique-based boxing while incorporating exercises to receive additional benefits from boxing. Coaching boxing is my passion and I'd love to share my passion with you!

Bio
Shane Swartz started boxing at the early age of 5. He accumulated over 6 National Titles, a silver medal in the Goodwill Games in Russia and was an alternate in the 1996 Olympic Team. After his 14 year amateur career he took to the professional ranks where he ended his career ranked #14 in the world. With over 27 years experience in the ring, he now takes his knowledge of the sport and shares his passion by coaching.
