We provide strength & written programs for endurance athletes. We began our business in NYC & have expanded with remote coaching around the world. We are an athlete centric company and focus on what the athlete loves about their sport, their personal goals, and a well thought out plan to get them there.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I want to know the individuals fitness history, short & long term goals and what they would like to accomplish. Then we can begin putting the plan together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ISSA certified as an elite strength coach with continuing education in run & cycling biomechanics, sports nutrition & power development.
I attended the University of Vermont as an undergrad for early childhood development with a teaching degree. I then shifted my focus into physical development at all levels. My long term goals have been to continue physiological studies in multisport.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We have fixed monthly fees that resemble a membership structure.
How did you get started teaching?
In 2007 I began my career as a strength coach in a private gym in midtown NYC. I spent two years "on the floor" learning from a skeleton crew of elite trainers. In 2010 I went independent & found my niche in multisport athletes, including pure runners & pure cyclists who needed individualized programs & to focus on strength/mobility/stability.
What types of students have you worked with?
The majority of my students are ages 25-45. I have also worked with junior athletes.

I'm fond of all events that my athletes arrive to healthy, strong and prepared for.
