Ali is such a genuine person. He does this because he actually cares. I love his teaching method. He builds on what you’ve already learned to really increase that muscle memory. Somethings are repetitive, because they need to be, but never boring. He’s no drill sergeant, but he will make you work. He instills very serious knowledge in a fun way. He’s super professional and I’ve never felt uncomfortable (which is very important when you’re working through these scenarios). I’m so grateful to be taking these classes. The Teacher Active Killer training was really a good experience - until you try something you don't know if you can do it. I "enjoyed" practicing on other teachers and feeling more competent about doing the punches and take downs. I feel that I might be able to do some of the skills since I now have them in my brain. (I hope that makes sense). I think the training was great for a staff of varying levels of fear and ability. I will definitely recommend the class to other schools. I have already told a couple of principals that they needed to call you! Thank you for empowering us to feel more comfortable with such a hard subject.
