Ali is such a genuine person. He does this because he actually cares. I love his teaching method. He builds on what you’ve already learned to really increase that muscle memory. Somethings are repetitive, because they need to be, but never boring. He’s no drill sergeant, but he will make you work. He instills very serious knowledge in a fun way. He’s super professional and I’ve never felt uncomfortable (which is very important when you’re working through these scenarios). I’m so grateful to be taking these classes. I’ve noticed a huge boost in my confidence just knowing that I’m equipped to handle any situation. I 1000% recommend taking Self Defense classes with Dr. Ali Jaffri!
