My name is Gary Bishop and I am professional musician, teach piano, keyboards, and composition. I have lived and teach piano in the Golden area for over 17 years. Many of my students attend local area schools such as: Kyffin, Shelton and Mitchell Elementary Schools, Bell and Manning Middle Schools plus Golden, Green Mountain, Wheat Ridge, Ralston Valley and Arvada West High Schools. Some of your neighbors may be my current or past students! I teach a variety of piano styles from classical to jazz to blues to pop and even music composition with my more advanced students. I incorporate today's technology through iPad Apps, digital keyboards and music composing software to engage a new millennium of musicians!
I am a member of the local Foothills Music Teachers Association and the Music Teachers National Association (MTNA). Additionally, I am bonded by Jefferson County Schools.
