La Jolie Chef Personal Chef Service is an artisanal, boutique Catering and Personal Chef Service. We also offer customized private and group cooking classes in a variety of areas; gluten free cooking, Blue zone, Chocolate and other desserts. WE SERVICE CONNECTICUT. I WILL TRAVEL WITHIN A 30 MINUTE RADIUS OF MY HOME IN NEW MILFORD, CT. ANYTHING OVER THAT AMOUNT WILL INCUR A TRAVEL FEE DEPENDING ON THE DISTANCE.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I send a letter of introduction and an assessment sheet to evaluate the students skills. Once I get an idea of the students skill level I create a set of lessons that match their abilities and interest.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained in Paris. I am Chef owner of a Boutique Catering Company and former Restaurant owner. I have taught private and group cooking classes for many years. I have also taught at Sur La Table and Arts in CT to a wide range of students from 6 to 93.
Teaching kids is my passion!
