Maggi is an excellent teacher who not only understands the physical aspects of singing but nurtures the emotional. I sing professionally and have studied with Maggi for 8 years. She is constantly challenging me and under her tutelage, my voice not only has gotten stronger but more flexible. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It is different for each student and depends on their experience, personality and goals. For sure, exercises to improve breath management and technical singing skills will be important for anyone at any level. I only teach hour lessons so that there is time for a full singing experience at every lesson.
